6/ Having a soda or candy bar (or both 😅) has always been something I went to when stressed or tired, even throughout high school or college. So breaking out of a 20+ year routine has been rough. Honestly, sugar is like a drug; once you're addicted, it's hard to stop.
4/ I still enjoy a coffee ☕ from time to time (no syrups), but I'm pleased with my progress. I've managed to decrease my sugar intake by probably around 95%. Not to mention all the money I've saved not eating out.
- Fast food 4-5 times a week ➡️ Once a week, sometimes 0.
- Completely dropped all soda ➡️ sparkling water.
- Frozen dinners ➡️ turkey sandwiches with avocados.
- Sitting on my butt 24x7 ➡️ working out + biking.
- Candy ➡️ keto bars.
- Crackers ➡️ walnuts.
