WH Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany is now defending President Trump's tweets about the murder conspiracy theory involving Joe Scarborough. Note: The widower of Lori Klausutis has urged Twitter to delete the president's tweets on the subject but Twitter has not done so.

As we are all 'sheltering' (to us that new-fangled verb) now the business of domestic tidiness looms large in all our shut-in lives. Especially for a neatness obsessive like myself. Read about it in my #journal: douglaskennedynovels.com/journal/on-tid… #coronavirus #Covid_19
Tonight, at 7PM (GMT), I will be joining the great Rick O’shea for a live video broadcast on his book club group. We’ll be chatting for half an hour and I’d love for you to tune in. The interview will be hosted here: facebook.com/groups/therick… I look forward to seeing you there.
A dear mentor sadly fell victim to the corona virus. He had an extraordinary impact on my life and I owe much of my career to his mentor ship. Read the story on my #journal #COVID #Covid_19 douglaskennedynovels.com/journal/on-an-…
On Surviving Through A Black Out Amidst Covid- I was in the middle of writing a post on Good Friday and its attendant metaphors this year when the lights went out. So I wrote about that instead. Read it here in my #journal #COVID?19 #GoodFriday douglaskennedynovels.com/journal/on-sur…
One of my readers wrote to me the other day, saying that she had just passed her twenty-fifth day in lockdown and had a bit of a cry. Last night I journaled about: Why It Is Perfectly Fine To Feel Destabalized Right Now douglaskennedynovels.com/journal/on-why… #COVID?19 #coronavirus #journaling

As many of you know jazz and classical music are my two great passions. Here are some pieces to consider as you negotiate your version of lockdown wherever you are. #coronavirus #MusicMonday #culturefromhome douglaskennedynovels.com/journal/on-mus…
For a classical music maniac like myself this is just wonderful It is also deeply, profoundly moving. It serves as a metaphorical reminder: we can still play in harmony even when we are isolated. And music has a spiritual gravitas that we all need now. slippedisc.com/2020/03/believ…

A subject that always interests me a great deal, is the ties that we create, the lives that we create for ourselves and how we are always thinking about the other life in parallel at the same time - the life we could be having, or not. Am I alone in pondering this? #Thoughts
I enjoy this F.Scott Fitzgerald quote for so many reasons. A debatable concept regardless of personal stance. What are your thoughts? #question #quoteoftheday #writerscommunity #readingcommunity
