Last tips Use voice messages, they get your personality and tonality across at the same time as your message. Keep the message informal and relaxed in tone. Timing - shoot for messages later in the day - more likely to get a response after 3pm
Remember the goal Your goal is not to impress them so much that they decide to buy there and then. Your job is to pique their interest, so they want to talk more. Do this and your replies will shoot up.
Quit the Waffle and Jargon I have had so many messages which make no sense. They add jargon. Say too much ...keep your language simple and straightforward
Personal Vs Template We can spot generic messages, I can't tell you precisely what it is, but we can smell them a mile off. Make it personal. It might be good to template for scale, but spending 10mins writing something unique comes across way better. Make it personal
How? Do you want to tell people about your business/service? OR Do you want to find their problem and need for a solution? Most DMs just talk at people and don't start a conversation.
Why? Before you send any DM ask yourself why would your prospect care? It's clear you benefit from a positive response. But why should they add to their workload dealing with you? What's the ROI of giving up their time to reply and talk?
