Treated this week with acupuncture, moxa, tuina, microcurrent, light therapy: anxiety, more anxiety, wrinkles, dry skin, sun damage, jaw tension, grief, chronic diarrhea (successfully!), insomnia, pd cramps, prep for giving birth. One more day to go! #acupuncture

In traditional Chinese medicine it is recommended to incorporate all five flavours in one meal to stimulate stomach acid and curb any pathogenic aggression. Bitter taste, from herbs for example, is often missing from the western diet.
