Tony
Had to delete my last tweet due to the MLS website's slow updating. I apologize, everyone.
@willsch7 Absolute must watch!
RBNY have now lost their 4th-straight, while NYCFC won their 3rd-straight and are now level on points just in time for next week's derby.
@willsch7 silly me. You're correct!
Since 3-0-4 start, Red Bulls are 1-5-1. Since 1-7-4 start, NYCFC is 3-0-1.

@willsch7 and are now 3 points behind RBNY.
It's just amazing how quickly Sebastian Giovinco has settled here in MLS - more specifically, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Not to add more misery for RBNY, but Kjestan will miss next week's NY (Hudson River) derby, which could give NYCFC a boost.
Show Me The Manneh!! @kekuta16
Kjestan lost his head and got sent off for it, hence the Red Bulls down a man -- and are now behind 1-0.
Red Bulls already down to ten men in just 11 minutes of the game - just seven minutes after that penalty save.
So, BWP's penalty was saved, but David Villa converted his.
Andrea Pirlo loves New York, in case you all have forgotten. He was last seen in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, but that's long ago.
@EmpireOfSoccer Try surviving as an Optimum subscriber; you'll be thankful you did have Verizon FIOS.
Pirlo is at Yankee Stadium! Fuel to the fire!

Jamaica are still in this game. This is not the same Reggae Boyz that have been torrid in the last two years in CONCACAF.
Need aspirin. I'm not going outside without aspirin.
Miranda to Inter and Jackson Martinez looks to be off to Milan, both Milan clubs doing some much needed improving, good buys for both.

The NY Cosmos drew the NY Red Bulls as their US Open Cup 5th round tie. See you at RBA!
Cignac is heading to Tigres!? I don't believe it!
Cosmos beat the Red Bulls last year and now NYCFC this year. They've showed they can compete with teams in higher tier's. Congrats Cosmos

Anything can happen at Hofstra! #USOC2015
Last year, it was the Red Bulls; now, it's NYCFC! Thank you, @NYCosmos!
The @NYCosmos defeated @NYCFC 2-2 (4-3 on penalties) to advance to the round of 16 in the U.S. Open Cup!
Penalty shootout!!
A penalty shootout will be nice.
I bet that Shep is loving this!
So. Why aren't the @NYCFC fans making any noise? Lol
Come on Cosmos! I could almost see a Raul equalizer!
Looks like it's game over for us! It's Poku, again!
Incredible fight from the Cosmos so far, but still no goal.
Cosmos only had one or two good chances at goal but in the end, it's NYCFC with the goal at halftime.
Oh no.. We're 1-0 behind to NYC.
So close for Raul..
Stokkelien on the bench for NY Cosmos, so Mkosana starts up top again.
But for Cosmos: the Szetela-Moffat partnership has been working so far, so tonight will hopefully be a factor again.
David Villa on the bench for NYCFC tonight.

Rumor that David Villa won't start tonight, but knowing coach Kreis, he wants a full squad.
As for Clint Dempsey's epic referee confrontation, He's gonna get hit by the MLS Disciplinary committee hard (I'm betting on five-game ban).
1 of tonight's remaining 4th rd US Open Cup games is by far the biggest: @NYCosmos v. @NYCFC . David Villa v. Raul - no explanation needed.
Last night, The Timbers, Sporting KC, Earthquakes, Red Bulls, Rapids, and Chicago Fire have all advanced to the 5th round of the US Open Cup
