Chicago: Where the local news makes a big deal about no reported shootings during the first six hours of June.
And then multiply that feeling by a million when you end up getting a good deal too.
Boy does it never stop feeling really, really good to win an eBay auction you really, really want to win.
I decided to buy Gas Guzzlers Extreme for my dad last week while it was on sale. He likes it. SUCCESS! :)
I talked about murderous cheesy pancakes, the adorable anime, Tsukigakirei, and the party game, #jumpstarscomp, on today's show. Enjoy. :)…
I still haven't played a second of Prey, but my dad is currently playing it. This is what the world has come to. :P
The spam that comes with a new domain purchase is never not incredibly annoying.
Watching A Few Good Men for the first time and I'm not feeling it; doesn't feel as snappy as Sorkin's other works, feels more formulaic.
Honestly, though, I'd really, really, really love to have a great baseball game on Xbox One.
What do I want to see at #E32017? A new High Heat game announced by Microsoft. As far as I know, they still have the license, soooo... :P
Honestly, I think Redbox should just stop renting games until they can find a fix for this, if they can find one, 'cause this is ridiculous.
Tried to rent Prey again from Redbox. Another photocopy. That makes me 0/2.
Finally started the last anime in my "To-Watch" list for the spring season, Tsukigakirei, and so far it's a delightful little sweet thing.
If anyone is ever stupid enough to fall in love with me, this will be their song. :P…
...the second half was an utter mess of out-of-nowhere creepiness and a good amount of stupidity.
Finally saw Colossal and boy oh boy was it a colossal disappointment. The first half was solid, somewhat funny, and had me intrigued, but...
I'm thinking about changing that 'cause...whatever, eh.
I've been a weird Twitter user for a long time, instead of directly following people, I create lists and follow people that way.
I talked about some anime and games, including Sakura Quest and Hikano Note, and a little story about a mouse and an egg on today's show. :)…
It's amazing how the movie managed to ruin the first hour and 50 minutes or so by having absolutely no payoff in the end. Absolutely nada.
I watched Inside Man for the first time this morning and I feel like I wasted two hours of my life.
...let's just say I was very confused during the OP for about 10 or so seconds. Also, that OP is fun, fun, fun. :)…
Just started watching the first episode of Hinako Note and, somehow, immediately forgot that and thought I actually started Sakura Quest.
Finally got some free time to finish this piece and I'm really happy with how it turned out. #abstract #art…
I don't like Cars, but this is pretty damn cool...and pretty damn (unsurprisingly) expensive.…
#SakuraQuest is a delightful little thing, isn't it; a great slice-of-life anime. And boy oh boy do I love the OP.…
Returning to Paladins for the first time in months has done a great job of reminding of just how good Overwatch is.
Also, for the second time in two weeks, Amazon has sent me the wrong item.
It's making me want to shop at Amazon less and less, as ridiculous as that sounds.
...e.g., I've had packages left in front of my house where the person who delivered it said they directly handed the package(s) to me.'s inconsistent and those delivering for them don't always follow instructions and sometimes even lie about the delivery...
I don't know how everyone else feels, but I really hate Amazon's personal delivery service...
And I was really looking forward to trying out Prey... :/
Redbox needs to come up with a way to stop people from stealing their games 'cause it's way too common to end up renting a piece of paper.
Playing Phantom Dust for the first time and, boy, there sure is a lot of story and talking right from the start. Also, I hate the art.
With Crackdown 1 and 2 being on sale this week, I'm really hoping that means they'll be hitting backward compatibility sooner than later.
...that is, improved from 3 minutes and 50 seconds to roughly 2 minutes and 45 seconds, so, it's better, but still awful.
Finally booted up Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 on Xbox One for the first time since the patch and I can say the load times have been improved...
I talk about the anime, SukaSuka and KADO: The Right Answer, and the indie game, Brawlout, on this here greatest titled episode of all time!…
That said, he'll probably be more than old enough by the time they actually make it. :P
I don't know about y'all, but Holland is a bit younger than I'd like for the role of Nathan Drake.…
Latest spring anime update: Started watching Seikaisuru Kado and it's a rather intriguing, slowly-paced (delightfully so) sci-fi mystery.
Ark has received many updates since coming out as part of Xbox One's preview program, yet not one of 'em has fixed the awful screen tearing.
That said, the dub seems like it would be a fine, viable option for those who prefer dubs.
The SukaSuka dub is good, but not great. The performances are pretty good across the board, but the script is a bit lacking at times.
Checking out the dub now to see how it compares.
And its greatest accomplishment is that it has a large cast of children and not one of them is annoying. Here's hoping it stays that way.
Getting back to more spring anime with WorldEnd (SukaSuka) and, two episodes in, it's been a pleasant surprise so far.
Hidden, surprising gem in the Xbox BC Super Sale: Cars 2. It's a solid little kart racer; feels a lot like Blur with the Cars license.
I turned my father into a Muse fan today. I'm feeling pretty good about myself. Now let's all enjoy some Muse. :)…
