Danger zone: Kenji just bought in some muffalettas. I took a really small piece. The food table at SE is a diet-killer filled with goodies.
down three pounds since I last weighed myself two weeks ago. Yay! great way to start the day along with banana and 2 tbs of peanut butter.
dinner tonight: porcini ravioli with tomato sauce and a cup of Fairway's awesome salted popcorn. No seconds and I feel really full.
Lunch today: two mediocre small slices of pizza. Note to self: I waited 5-10 minutes after I had the last bite and found I really was full.

it's macoun apple season. is there a better apple on this earth? I don't think so. They are crispy, sweet, but not too, and slightly spicy.
