Encourage others to observe/evaluate your performance. When they see that excellence is everyone’s concern, you’re on the road to success.
Show you’re serious about improvement. Constantly evaluate performance and involve yourself in growth.
Give immediate feedback — positive and negative — on their progress. People need to know how they’re doing.
Encourage yourself and others to improve their performance step by step rather than trying to tackle too much at once.

"I've fallen out of love for you" is only possible if you no longer love Jesus. You cannot find or lose love. You cannot hold it or break it
"Love at first sight" is possible if you're looking on Jesus. If you're looking elsewhere, then like it or not, it's "lust at first sight."
