How long will you be offline for?
We try not to be too long. Sometimes it's slightly out of our control, i.e.
twitter might be down, or one of our service providers might be doing some
maintenance. We usually try and keep it to a few minutes if we can..
I bought credits, now what?
Your credits are safe, don't worry. They'll be there when we're back up, and
following will resume as normal. If you have a daily subscription you'll get
those credits no matter what.
Can people still follow me right now?
Absolutely, on twitter, but not right now on twiends.com. You will be listed
exactly where you were though when we're online again.
Will I get less followers today because of this?
We usually see no change in the amount of following. This is because people
usually visit the site anyway, and they end up following you then instead of now.
Can I contact you?
Sure, you can contact us easily via our help page. It might be late evening hours in our time zone, but
will get back to you. We promise.
